First and foremost, the primary step that must be taken to begin the application process in a University of your choice is to visit the official website of the university (mostly the application process is available in an online format). The online application process for a University is clearly given with easy instructions to follow. This is advisable when you are sure of your goals and are aware in which university you want to be in. Most online application processes will ask you to select your degree of choice and have ready all the documents that would be required for verification and administration
purposes.

• Application Form: Universities in Italy will either have an online application or a paper application form. These have to completely filled and submitted before the deadline
• Academic Documents: Attested copies of all your certificates X, XII. 12^thstd or IBDP students who are yet to receive their final year or final term mark sheet can submit the final semester mark sheet later
• English Test Score: Evidence of English Language proficiency e.g. IELTS, TOEFL, etc. (if applicable). If you have not taken the test yet, you can still make an application. We can update your scores later to the University as and when you receive them
• SAT: SAT is NOT required to study in Italy. If you still have a score and its good, then send us a copy of it
• Recommendation Letters(LORs): Academic References as required by the Institute (Min. 2). These could be from your teachers from school / college. These must be on the letter headed paper of your Institution
• Photo: Two Passport sized photographs
• Statement of Purpose (SOP): An SOP is a 1.5 to 2 pages essay where you show your interest about: your previous academic journey, why a specific University, why Bachelors in Italy, your career goals, how will the course help you achieve your goals, etc. This statement could be submitted to us as a Word file and we will review and edit it for you
• Essays: Some Universities may have topical essays to write. These could be with a word or character count. Students can write these essays and send us the same in a Word format. We provide essay editing services and will help you in refining your essays
• Resume: Preferably one page that highlights your educational qualifications, internships (if any), interests, additional courses or activities you have done. Submit this to us in a Word format
• Application Fee: Draft for application fees, if applicable
• Portfolio: Design Portfolio (for Art, Design & Architecture Courses only)
• Extra-curricular Activities’ Certificates: Certificates & Achievements of Extracurricular Activities (if available)
• Passport
• Original transcript/mark sheet issued by the University/Institute, with HRD authentication, then Apostille and translation + 1 copy *
• For class 12 certificates a Digi Locker copy of the mark sheet, with Apostille and translation can be accepted
